How to get there

The conference takes place in Mar del Plata, which is a beach town, 400km to the south of Buenos Aires, the Capital of Argentina. Most of you will be arriving to Buenos Aires, at the International Airport (Ezeiza). From there you can directly take a bus with an excellent service offered by Manuel Tienda de Leon to Mar del Plata. They offer buses about every 2 hours. Alternatively, you could take one of their services to go downtown Buenos Aires (service about every half hour, either buses or remises), and from there you have a bus about every hour to Mar del Plata. The bus services are very good and convenient - You can also fly to Mar del Plata (from Buenos Aires downtown airport), however the flights leave the 'local' airport which is downtown - the flight is very short, only about 30 minutes. Warning! you should NOT take any of the taxi or remise services offered by people just standing at the airport. We believe the above mentioned company is very safe.
