Accomodation:
Marseille provides a wide range of accomodation possibilities. Most of the staff of the Acoustics Research Institute will stay at the Newhotel Vieux-Port, so if you wish to stay in contact after the workshop hours, you might consider the same place or one of the other plenty choices in the Vieux-Port area, 2 metro stations from the workshop location.
Another possibility would be the Novotel Centre Prado or seven urban suites close to the 'Parc du 26ème Centenaire', 4-5 metro stations from the workshop location.
If you wish to stay closer to the workshop location, the Residhome Marseille St. Charles offers apartments in walking distance.

If you are looking for more choices, a good point to start might be here: Booking.com: Hotels in the area around Gare Saint Charles.

Funding:
Funding is available for travel and accomodation cost of the project partners attending the meeting. Project partners that are joined by colleagues/students that require additional funding are asked to contact the project leader via mail: »peter.balazs@oeaw.ac.at«.
